Shipping Details
Pre-order items purchased together will generally ship once all items in the order are available.
Qualifying free shipping includes one standard shipment per preorder order. Pre-order orders under $25 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
For example, if a 1:24 diecast and a 1:64 diecast are ordered together and the 1:24 arrives first, the order will normally be held until the 1:64 also arrives so both items can ship together.
Split Shipments
If part of your preorder is available and you would like it shipped before the remainder of the order arrives, please contact us.
Customer-requested split shipments may require an additional shipping charge. Port City Diecast may choose to partially ship an order at no additional charge when appropriate.
If you prefer preorder items to ship individually as they become available, we recommend placing them as separate orders.
Estimated Dates, Delays & Cancellations
Release dates, expected arrival dates, preorder deadlines, and other dates shown on our website are estimates only unless specifically stated otherwise.
Some preorder listings may display placeholder or system-generated dates while we wait for confirmed production or delivery information. A listing showing a date in 2027, for example, does not necessarily mean the product is expected to arrive on that specific date.
Production and delivery schedules are determined by the manufacturer and distributor and may change without notice. Delays, schedule changes, production adjustments, and cancellations are outside the control of Port City Diecast.
We will update preorder information when more reliable timing becomes available.
If a manufacturer cancels an item from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, Port City Diecast will still honor the free-shipping qualification on the remaining order.
Payment Processing
For Charge Later preorders, your stored payment method will be charged when the preorder is ready for fulfillment.
If payment cannot be processed, we will contact you so the payment method can be updated.
